At Patisserie, the baking school inside KJ’s Confections, you will be taken on a tantalizing journey of savory and sweet that will bring out your inner baker. Learn skills that will bring confidence to your baking, provide you with an understanding of the science behind it and have a whole lot of fun!

Many of our classes are held on Monday evenings and range from from hands on to informational. Each student will leave with a complete ingredients list, a take away of the delicious items prepared / demonstrated and more in-depth understanding of the topic being presented.
